Here are the confirmed details for our 2009 Same Time Next Year gathering.

for this year. Here’s the details:
Date: Beginning Friday afternoon, June 26, 2009
and ending the morning of Sunday, June 28,2009
Location: Hampton Inn, Sarasota, FL
5995 Cattleridge Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34232
Room Rate: $84 per night, plus 11% tax
Check-In: 3:00 p.m.
Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.

The Hampton Inn is located just off Interstate 75 in the Business
District of Sarasota,
Florida. It is close to the Ringling
Museum Complex, Asolo
Theatre, and Robart’s
Arena. It is minutes to area golf, shopping, and white-sand beaches.
It is just 27.5 minutes from Sarasota - Bradenton Airport. The hotel
offers breakfast in the lobby area
We will be having Saturday evening dinner at Café
Baci, one of Sarasota’s finest authentic Italian Restaurants.
Nan Giordano helped with these arrangements. It was a favorite of
Jeff’s. We can do ala carte, right off the menu and will have
separate checks. Dinners average about $20. Here is the link to the

The registration fee for the weekend is $25
per person, which should be made payable to: HHS ‘60 Same Time
Next Year. Send your check to Sandra Frye Patrick, 2816 Tulane Drive,
Cocoa, FL 32926. This money is used for event costs. Monies
not used are retained and as money accumulates, we have been able
to donate to the Jeff Giordano Scholarship Fund. In the past, Phil
Giberson has given us updates on students who have received funds.
He won’t be attending this year as he and Jo-Dee will be in
New York.
After you check in, we can gather to get caught up on all that’s
happened since we met last. There is a restaurant next door that Jeanie
and Mike believe will be a good choice for dinner on Friday evening.
After breakfast on Sunday, June 22, 2009, we will have our usual planning
session. Come prepared to offer suggestions for 2010!
